2.) Jenga at 1500 West Georgia St, Vancouver BC ( Georgia and Nicola) This proposed tower will be even higher with a 43 storey tower designed by Ole Scheeren. This project probably won't begin condo presales until at least 2017 but I am already getting a lot of inquiries about it and I'm taking a waiting list. The design, nicknamed "Jenga" after the building block toy is unique and ambitious and will really create a stir when finished with it's protrudng cantilevered blocks. Details are still scarce at this time so stay tuned.
3.) Alberni by KUMA at 1550 Alberni. A true work of art! This is a beautifully curved tower by Westbank is Kengo Kuma’s first project in Canada. This stunning highrise will include intricate design details such as woodwork in the plinth, interior design of residential tower, and a Japanese Restaurant experience designed by Kengo Kuma Architects and Associates.
